How do I set up authenticator on my new phone from my old phone? I have logged in, but receive no authenticator requests.

    Hi @PUGA, SEBASTIAN

    Are you still have your old phone? If yes, sign in via https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info. Then click Add new sign-in method > choose Microsoft Authenticator and then set up with your new account. After successfully add your new phone, you can choose to remove the authenticator from your old phone or keep it as a back up incase your new phone inaccessible.

    If you are completely locked out of your account. Please contact your IT admin to reset your MFA, then you will be prompted to register a new Authenticator. Use your new phone to register it.

    You need to set up MS Authenticator on your new phone manually, it doesn’t transfer automatically.

    -Install Microsoft Authenticator on your new Android phone.

    -Open the app and sign in with your Microsoft account.

    -If you previously enabled Cloud Backup on your old phone, choose Restore from backup. (this is how it works on iOS)

    -If no backup exists, you must re‑add each account by signing in and approving with your account recovery options (SMS, email, backup codes).

    If you still have the old phone make sure Cloud Backup is enabled under Authenticator → Settings → Backup.
