Voucher Not Recieved

Hello Support Team,

I successfully completed the AI Fest Challenge and received confirmation of completion, including my Credly achievement. I also received communication indicating that I would be eligible to receive an exam voucher.

However, I have not yet received the voucher. I have checked my inbox, spam, junk, and other folders, but no voucher email has been received. Other participants who completed the same challenge have already received their vouchers.
