Access to OneDrive and SharePoint has been denied; this page has been blocked because it violates the Acceptable Use Policy within the Terms of Use.
After that, I was unable to use my OneDrive; I am an E5 administrator with an active subscription.

Dear @Satisfy249,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m very sorry for the disruption this issue has caused especially as it is impacting your ability to access OneDrive and SharePoint services.
Based on the error message you shared (“This page has been blocked because it violates the Acceptable Use Policy”), this behavior typically indicates that the tenant has been restricted at the service level due to a policy enforcement rather than an issue with licensing, permissions, or configuration.
In this scenario, access is controlled by Microsoft’s backend enforcement systems, and unfortunately, it cannot be resolved through standard administrative settings within your tenant.

To proceed with resolution, I kindly recommend raising a support request directly through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center so the appropriate engineering team can investigate:
- Open the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, then click Help & Support located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- In the search bar, type “e.g. your issue” > Enter > scroll down, and click on "Get Help" > "Contact support".
- Choose your preferred contact method, fill in the required details, and then click Contact Me to submit your request.

In some cases, if the restriction is confirmed to be valid under Microsoft’s Acceptable Use Policy, it may remain in place. However, the support team will provide full clarification after their investigation.
I hope this helps. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope you having a nice day and really much warm regards to you as well!
