Can't get microsoft 365 developer program sandbox subscription

It seems like you’ve encountered the message: You don’t currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription. This usually does not indicate a setup or technical issue, but rather that your account is currently not eligible to receive the free Microsoft 365 E5 developer sandbox.

Joining the Microsoft 365 Developer Program does not automatically grant access to an E5 developer sandbox. Sandbox tenants are only available to qualifying accounts, and eligibility is currently restricted by Microsoft. At this time, sandbox access is typically limited to:

• Visual Studio Professional or Enterprise subscribers
• Microsoft Partner Program members (for example, ISV Success / AI Cloud Partner Program)

However, as forum moderators, we do not have access to internal systems required to investigate individual account issues due to privacy and security constraints. However, for this scenario, we recommend ensuring that you meet all the eligibility requirements outlined by Microsoft for accessing the E5 developer program.
