1) Can we share Azure Recovery vault across different subscriptions in the same tenant ?
2) Can we have one resource guard (MUA) for several Azure Recovery vaults ?

Thank you for asking this question on the **Microsoft Q&A Platform. **
In this thread there is the respond to your question:
It's not possible to backup VMs in Subscription-A in a Recovery Service Vault in Subscription-B.
The VM you want to backup and the Recovery Service Vault must be in the same Subscription.Hope this helps,

According to the documentation it looks like you can do one resource guard (MUA) for several Azure Recovery vaults.

How many azure recovery vaults can be fronted by a single resource guard ? What's the limit?
We have around 500 az recovery vaults as of today in different subscriptions
Secondly can we configure 1 log analytics workspace and redirect output from azure resource guard
