Parameters

x
Double

The first of two double-precision floating-point numbers to compare.

y
Double

The second of two double-precision floating-point numbers to compare.

Returns

Parameter x or y, whichever has the smaller magnitude. If x, or y, or both x and y are equal to NaN, NaN is returned.
