Improve agent responses with SharePoint synchronization in Copilot Studio Kit

Use SharePoint synchronization to periodically synchronize selected content from SharePoint to your custom agent's knowledge base.

Benefits of using SharePoint synchronization (compared to simply using the SharePoint site as a knowledge source) include:

  • Support for more file types
  • Support for larger files (up to 512 MB)
  • Lower response latency
  • Indexing of nontext elements in PDFs

SharePoint synchronization runs automatically every day. You can also run it on-demand by selecting Sync Files from the agent configuration. To validate your configuration, select Validate Connection.
