Register management application by ID.

Description

The New-PowerAppManagementApp cmdlet registers a Microsoft Entra ID Web app/API to be used with the Microsoft.Xrm.OnlineManagementAPI PowerShell module. Use Get-Help New-PowerAppManagementApp -Examples for more detail.
