Remarks
You can cancel navigation in a handler for this event by setting the WebViewNavigationStartingEventArgs.Cancel property to true.
WebView navigation events occur in the following order:
- NavigationStarting
- ContentLoading
- DOMContentLoaded
- NavigationCompleted
