PsIsHostSilo function (ntddk.h)
This routine will check if the supplied Silo is the host silo.
Syntax
BOOLEAN PsIsHostSilo(
[in] PESILO Silo
);
Parameters

The silo to evaluate.
Return value
Returns true if the specified silo is the host silo; otherwise, false.
