DevicePowerOpen function (powrprof.h)
Initializes a device list by querying all the devices.
Syntax
BOOLEAN DevicePowerOpen(
[optional] ULONG DebugMask
);
Parameters
[optional] DebugMask
Reserved; must be 0.
Return value
If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.
If the function fails, the return value is zero.
