IWICBitmapEncoder::Initialize method (wincodec.h)
Initializes the encoder with an IStream which tells the encoder where to encode the bits.
Syntax
HRESULT Initialize(
[in] IStream *pIStream,
[in] WICBitmapEncoderCacheOption cacheOption
);
Parameters
[in] pIStream
Type: IStream*
The output stream.
[in] cacheOption
Type: WICBitmapEncoderCacheOption
The WICBitmapEncoderCacheOption used on initialization.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
