CXAPOBase::CXAPOBase method (xapobase.h)
Creates an instance of the CXAPOBase class.

pRegistrationProperties
Pointer to an XAPO_REGISTRATION_PROPERTIES structure containing the registration properties for the XAPO.

The object created by this CXAPOBase will have a reference count of 1.
