HTTP_VERSION_INFO structure (winhttp.h)
The HTTP_VERSION_INFO structure contains the global HTTP version.
Syntax

Members
dwMajorVersion
Major version number. Must be 1.
dwMinorVersion
Minor version number. Can be either 1 or 0.
