LOCATE A BOOK

Search for the book using the search bar and pay attention to:
- location ( library , archive, Library desk...)
- status (available, or already on loan)
- call number - the "book's address "on the library's shelves -
   The call numer is found on the spine of books

RENEWAL

To renew a loan if the item is not reserved, you may :

1. Ask library staff
2. Contact  us by mail bibliotecamadrid@escp.eu

MAKE A RESERVATION

- Ask Library staff to reserve an item currently checked out.
  Items cannot be requested for a specific date

- You will be notified by email  when your reservation is available
- If the item is not collected within the date specified, it will be returned to the shelf or passed to the next borrower on the reservation list.

BOOK LOAN POLICY

 - Late returns will lead to the suspension of the user's borrowing privileges for a period proportional to the number of overdue days.

- Overdue loans should be returned within two weeks if not the intranet account will be suspended.

-  Students who have outstanding overdue loans at the end  of the academic term will have their exam results withheld until library item have been returned

LOST ITEM POLICY

- Late returns will lead to the suspension of the user's borrowing privileges for a period proportional to the number of overdue days.

- All lost Library items must be paid for in full by the borrower concerned. If you think that you have lost an item of the Library collection please inform the Library staff as early as possible.

FIRST USE OF A PRINTER

1. Tap your student card on the reader   👁 Image

2. Enter you usual login/password to link your account to the printing system

3. Click on Associate card
You will only have to do this once

RECHARGE YOUR PRINT CREDIT

Each student is pre-loaded with a credit of 10 € at the begining of the semester.

Then, credit can be added by purchasing a voucher with the value of 2€, 5€, 10€ or 20€. 
To redeem your voucher go to https://papercut.es.escpeurope.eu:9192. The cost of printing is also displayed on this site.
