The two-volume set LNAI 11431 and 11432 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 11th Asian Conference on Intelligent Information and Database Systems, ACIIDS 2019, held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, in April 2019.

The total of 124 full papers accepted for publication in these proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from 309 submissions.
