Overview
BMC Complementary Medicine and Therapies is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that considers articles on all aspects of complementary therapies. The journal is particularly interested in receiving submissions on interventions and resources that complement conventional therapies, with a specific emphasis on research that explores the biological mechanisms of action, as well as their efficacy, safety, costs, patterns of use and/or implementation.
- Welcomes multidisciplinary research from those working across all areas of complementary medicine and therapies.
- Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals by promoting evidence-based integrative healthcare, supporting good health and well-being, life on land, and partnerships for the goals.
