  To get better quality MIDI audio:
  I - Configure --> Game Options --> Main File --> Select 'dosbox_doomf_settings.conf'
  II - Run the game and you'll start the Setup
  III - Press '1' for settings for TNT: Eviluition
  IV - Choose Music Card --> General MIDI --> 330
  IV - Save Parameters and Launch Final Doom
  V - Exit game, run the game again and Press '2' for settings for Plutonia Experiment
  VI - Choose Music Card --> General MIDI --> 330
  VII - Save Parameters and Launch Final Doom
  VIII - Exit game, Configure --> Game Options --> Main File --> Select 'dosbox_doomf_single.conf'
  IX - Need to install fluid-soundfont-gm and fluidsynth. For Mint 19:
  sudo apt install -y fluid-soundfont-gm fluidsynth
  X - Open terminal and run the command (needs to be run each time you want to play):
  fluidsynth -l -s -i -aalsa -o audio.alsa.device=default /usr/share/sounds/sf2/FluidR3_GM.sf2
  XI - Start the game.

  Creates launcher script that uses system's crispy-doom binary and stores persistent config in game directory. Provides launcher options for both tnt.wad and plutonia.wad.

  Notes for tnt.wad
  
  A slightly different, and rarer, version is found on some, but not all, id Anthology discs as well as the Macintosh version of Final Doom. This alternate version of the IWAD is also the one available for purchase from GOG.com. This version does not have the yellow keycard bug, and has a few changes in MAP10. Unfortunately, there is no revision change between both versions so it is also called v1.9. It is 18,654,796 bytes in size, contains 3,106 entries, it is dated 1996-11-14 and has the following hashes:
