It all started in 2014/2015 (I think) when I created a Wikipedia account. I was exaggerating the sizes of UY Scuti at the time. I now know that UY Scuti is only 1,708 ± 192 solar radii.

I came back in June 2017. I wanted to help make useful contributions to the encyclopedia. Everything turned out well for the first 2-3 months. However, things changed. Some users started to argue against me, especially when it came to star sizes.

Then, when I tried to introduce more information, the other users didn't like it and started to want to get me blocked. They succeeded. Why would they pick on me? Yes, why me? Why are they always saying that everyone else is right (not in the case of wikipedia:WP:TRUTH, but in encyclopedic contribution terms) and I am wrong?

But things took a turn for the worse. My archnemesis, Sasha Primerov, started insulting me on wikipedia:es.wikipedia.org . He got both of us blocked indefinitely as a result. My niece, friend, and archnemesis made their own Wikipedia accounts on my computer without my consent. My niece was making disruptive edits to wikipedia:List of largest stars, my friend was editing in bible verses even though it is vandalism, and my archnemesis was making personal attacks. All of our accounts got involved in a sockpuppet investigation and all of them were banned, and my account was globally locked. All of this is the truth.

Please, in 4 months, let me come back. Please unlock my account and inform an administrator to unblock me. Not now, but in 4 to 5 months, to complete the wikipedia:Wikipedia:Standard offer.

My only intention was to help build an encyclopedia. I really don't want to be globally locked. After all, Wikipedia is «the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit.»

I contacted them (borderline impolite and disrespectful) and I did receive a signed E-Mail of the company which does the website for the Ministry of Finance. Gosh, this is probably my fault. In Log/newusers, the name was hidden by Regi51 (he usually does this with Avoided socks). When I check Log/newusers, I protect user pages & user talk pages of indef’d users. Since at the point of time I checked Bundesministerium der Finanzen Support wasn’t blocked anymore, I had to notice that this account is probably not an Avoided sock (not to mention his contribs, which are not typical for Avoided). I can’t tell why I didn’t notice this.

Please, Ruslik, could you have a look at the checkuser result again? If typical Avoided accounts were created from this IP, well … Was it perhaps an IP from a federal German agency? Even in Federal German agencies there work some %&§$"&&&.

Ftr: Presumably the reason why this account was initially blocked (by Regi51) was, that Avoided (or his impostor) often creates account names that seem to be "official" at first glance. But of course, there’s no "Bundesbahndirektion" since the Bundesbahn was privatised in the 90s – just to name one example.

Again a lot of changing IPs from a widespread internet provider in Austria (T-Mobile) is blocked. The IPs are changing (I dont know the technical name for that) but most of them are blocked, so with this blocks you lock out all costumers of the whole internet provider. Hi Ruslik0, the Dutch Wikipedia requires an admin to do at least 250 edits in a year. Just looking at isn't enough, you have to also take into account the deleted edits. Hello! I got blocked from posting until next year for some foolishness a few months ago. I was actually writing a fictional piece about Medieval Irish history and I ended up making/posting a series of blank articles on the subject since I did not know how to correctly use the sandbox and/or edit Wikipedia articles personally by just editing the HTML and taking a screenshot. It’s been a few months since then and I’ve actually been wanting to get into making corrections on Wikipedia and all (particularly some edits on the article of the Byzantine Emperor Ioustinianos Rhinotmetos.) I went to Wikipedia sign in (having forgot about my shenangigans a few months ago) and discovered my IP was banned until August 2019. The page redirected me to make a plea here so I am not posting this. You and steward @علاء: have changed my userrights on Marathi wikisource and allowed me for continuing my temporary administrator privilages as per steward policies on that wiki. Since past few months I have been harassed on that wiki by a user QueerEcofeminist who has been blatantly insulting me and has pure intensions to defame me. This user is just copying all my edits patterns on meta Commons and enwp. Copying all the gadgets tools and trying all ways to harass me. It is true that on Marathi Wikipedia this user and his fellow team disruped the whole voting process because of which the local admin had to forcefully delete their votes and protect that page. The same technique is used on wikisource now where there is a limited community. This user on this page has not only accused me for misbehaving/vandalising/supporting vandals and sockpuppets but also making personal remarks and all negative stuffs on me. This comes into light when steward @Ajraddatz: rejected his account Creator request on SRP. He went on local wiki to ask where I questioned him about whether he has followed procedure regarding this userright where in reply he in a rage tone replied on my mrwp talkpage stating that I want a reply from you on wikisource.

Can you please Lock the accounts, and also run a sleeper check on the accounts and his listed IP range? Can you please also apply a 6-12 month "anon-only" Global + Local Rangeblock on his IP range? His IPs are semi-dynamic, but in the last 3 years, his IPs have generally been limited to the /21 range I listed above (with the exception of another /22 range that has since gone inactive). The range also needs to be rangeblocked locally, because he also has a history of socking on Meta. You can see this discussion from last year for more info on this LTA's behavior. (By now, this LTA is pretty much mainly a cross-wiki vandalizer, and has been logging back in to any old accounts he can find.) If you don't block the /21 range (which I strongly recommend), you should at least block this IP locally: 181.49.95.0/24 global-contribs ^(old) • ST • IP lookup • WHOIS • robtex • gblock • glist • abuselog • bullseye • IP info • lwcheckuser. In case you're wondering, the last 6-month Global/Local Rangeblock on the /21 range was 100% effective (it expired last December). At this point, it is my opinion that anon editors on that range need to see a Steward for creating an account to use, due to the severity of abuse from this LTA. I just tried to edit/improve the article about Lord Orford, having previously contributed to the article concerning Margaret, Baroness Clinton.

OK - thanks, Ruslik0, for explaining this but what is the solution? It takes time to edit properly and, although it appears my recent contributions about the Earl of Lincoln and family are well received, it seems like a lottery as to whether I can do so each time I log in - quite frustrating! Let me know what to do. Many thanks.

@Ruslik0 and RadiX: Hello. Can you please Globally Lock all of these accounts? They are probably sleeper accounts of ROXELANA22 (it seems that this LTA's original username was "AUC COLOMBIA"). Each account is behaviorally identical to his first account (AUC COLOMBIA), and each account was created within rapid succession on es.wikipedia, this LTA's home wiki. Almost all of these sleepers are already locally indeffed. (This page demonstrates that the only unblocked sock, AUC COLOMBIA 2009, is still a part of this sockfarm.) Every single one of his socks/sleepers needs to be Globally Locked, because as demonstrated numerous times in the past (e.g. ZiguratEnki, AUC COLOMBIA), this nut still remembers his password(s) for all of his accounts, no matter how old they are, and also because sock accounts that are locally blocked but not Globally Locked can be "regenerated" on another Wikipedia Project (this LTA has been doing this with each of his socks since 2017). This basically means that all of his socks need to be Globally Locked in order to effectively curb his abuse. Thank you. LightandDark2000 🌀 (talk) 03:59, 9 February 2019 (UTC)
