Here's an organized gold farm. The Snow Golem teams up with several Iron Golems to hunt down some Zombie Pigmen.

A 7x7x6 box is made underground with a bunch of Iron Golems inside. A platform with a Grass Block and 4 snow layers is placed, and a Snow Golem stands on it. The Snow Golem will shoot the Zombie Pigmen, which will make the Pigmen charge, and occasionally fall into the hole full of Iron Golems unless the snowballs continue to hit. The Iron Golems will then proceed to kill, and although a group of Zombie Pigmen can kill a single Iron Golem, the opposite(one Pigman killing several Iron Golems) is almost impossible, so any Zombie Pigmen that fall in will instantly die without even harming any Golems.
