- Or, if you want to do it yourself: Go to the image page, and edit it. Add the template
{{Delete|Author request}} to the very top of the page, and save it. Your image will then be marked for deletion, and an administrator will delete it eventually. Be patient, as deletion requests can sometimes take a long time to be cleared. -- 👁 Image

- You didn't do anything wrong. The software automatically tags all edits that add deletion templates to pages, and this is implemented via an abuse filter. I see that you've added the deletion template successfully to that page, so you don't need to do anything else. -- 👁 Image
