Template:Repairing with Anvils

The first parameter is the type of equipment, e.g. {{Repairing with Anvils|Pickaxe}} for pickaxes. The second parameter is used for all armor pieces except for boots, with the second parameter being the leather equivalent, e.g. |Tunic for chesplate.
