Links to a rule, for example {{|2}} gives Rule #2. Can optionally be used with the tooltip property to generate Rule #2.

Template parameters[Edit template data]
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Rule #	`1`	Links to the nth rule. Sub-rules separated with '.' are supported. Example {{rule\|5}}	Number	required
Tooltip	`tooltip` `hover`	Non-blank if the rule link should have a tooltip with the text of the rule. Example {{rule\|2\|tooltip=1}} will link to rule #2 with the text, 'Do not vandalize, spam, or otherwise edit disruptively.' displaying when a user hovers over it.	Boolean	optional
