I was been wrongfully blocked.
In admin noticeboard:
I in Chinese wiki was blocked but the administrator didn't follow the Block Rule.
Because I report a Bug about AbuseFilter, I was blocked that is not just. And I can't post on User talk page.
I need the Chinese wiki admin to help this event.
