Who We Are
Monks Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery, wholesaler, coffee retailer based in Amsterdam.
We source, roast and make beautiful coffee to be shared and enjoyed by everyone.
Our roastery is located in Westhavenweg where we roast on a 12kg Probat. We take great care to preserve the quality and integrity of each coffee that is carefully sourced by highlighting the most exquisite characteristics in each lot.
We are committed to creating great coffee, in a responsible and sustainability way while bringing it to the people who appreciate it even more.

Cozy locale with the sweetest owner ever. I visited in the morning and asked for a regular, oat latte. Barista knew what she was doing and made an excellent drink. As i finished my drink i was checking out what beans to buy home and the owner kindly helped me pick out some beans thats worthy to try. We had a lovely conversation and overall, what a nice experience for someone visiting amsterdam for the first time!
