A Javascript Favicon Creator

I recently built a pure JavaScript, non-HTML5 favicon creator.

It’s really just a modification of my low res paint app, which I had recently upgraded to include a save image feature (it generates a bitmap without the canvas element by using JavaScript byte strings and the data URI scheme—the details are covered in this post… “generating images byte-by-byte”.
