This series has absolutely hit it off with me and I may be kinda picky with what I like but I still have a range that goes over all genres. I do really like comedy and this type of manga/anime where like in A terrified teacher at ghoul school, there can and probably will be serious moments but isn’t like 90% of the time. Gintama would be a good example of that maybe. I also really can’t pick a favorite character! Each are just so good and well done. (I’m also kinda picky with characters to!) to me this is all saying a lot about ... this series.

A Terrified Teacher At Ghoul School is a very very good and so underrated series. The characters, art, plot are so well done I think and fit in so well with each other. The manga is very well done and very very enjoyable. I get so joyed reading it (Which I just did reading volume 2!). The series itself is in a way unique, there has been youkai stories and all but none really like this one. I hope everyone will at least try out this series! It’s really good! I think anyone who would like gintama, or just comedy in general, would really like this series. Every character and their design, the art in general, and how well the story really goes well together and makes you feel like you’re reading a short but very very fun enjoyable read is just incredible. This manga is worth a try!

Holy moly, I wish more people knew about this hilarious masterpiece. If you want to read a manga with lovable characters, completely ridiculous humor, and good art, please, I recommend the read! Quite similar to Assassination classroom.

It is such a fun manga, and has some wholesome moments too. Honestly, for a gag manga, it has a lot of more serious foreshadowing and questions on characters. As the most recent volume I've read (vol 10) there are still many questions to be answered, and it seems like they aren't rushing into them either! The pacing of the story is just perfect for a gag manga.

The art ... style was always my favorite, but it improves even more with each volume. I would say the art is very similar to toilet-bound hanako-kun!

Characters are so lovable. Our main character is so weird and crazy, but so sweet. He may seem very cowardly in the first few chapters, but I guarantee there is character growth. The other teachers and students all eccentric in their own way too. They all get proper spotlights, growth and remain very memorable!

Do note that, as the story is mostly about the life of a teacher and his students in a surreal setting, the story doesn't really have a clear end goal. Its mostly about their not-so-ordinary daily lives. It makes for a good read when you need some laughs and a not-so-serious story!

If this is supposed to be a comedy then I don't get it. Pathetic MC teacher gets harassed by his students and he overreacts for "comedy." Every chapter is the exact same gimmick repeated over and over again. The comedy tag is very confusing here because there aren't actually any jokes. Teacher makes funny face and then runs into a wall...this is bottom of the barrel physical humor. Instead of a comedy I would describe it as a goofy slice-of-life school drama. I have no idea what the appeal of this series is other than it has ghosts in it? But that by itself is ... a bizarre reason to read a manga.
