Yo, Lynx (nice name ^_6)! Just realized you'd shot me a friend request a bit back and happy to see your profile intro and accept! I admit, I'm pretty sporadically on MAL these days, so please don't take personal offense if my replies/accepts are rather spotty, haha.

I have to applaud you for putting Killing Stalking in your fav lists. I have to admit I do actually quite enjoy that, as stupendously screwed up as it is (...as much as I pretend I didn't read that, sssshhhh). I think what I like most about it is that it in no way at any point tries to imply that any of it is healthy, nor something to be admired. Especially in that it brings unexpected depth to the story in the tragedy of the whole messed up mother background, so you understand why these characters are where they are, but it's still like, "Yes, understand. But also, mentally disturbed killer person not really a good or excusable role model." At least, that's what I took from it. Contrast that with how many countless TV shows weirdly over-sympathize the villain to where you're like, "Ummm, so, what? You're saying it's actually pretty justified to a be villain? And who cares about the repercussions? And like, his life was hard, so then it's all good?" The folks in KS I think all very much would prefer that their lives aren't what they are, and that makes it rather unique in my book.

Nice to meet another fellow bishie fans! And as you said, I prefer white/silver-haired characters because they look charming and have a cozy atmosphere/aura...? Blonde characters (generally) are too sexy somehow I just get goosebumps looking at them and it makes me feel uneasy lol I hope you can understand my vague explanation :"D. I've never watched Cardcaptor and Yu Yu Hakusho but after seeing some pictures of them, yup, I agree. A true bishie. Kurama demon-form reminds me of Tomoe ;)

I'm sure it was a long journey and took a lot of patience because the chapters were so short and they (especially Tian and Mo) seemed like they had no progress until finally the moment we all always hoped for appeared T----T even I who read it in just a few days felt very satisfied to see that moment let alone people who have followed the story from the beginning, you must be very satisfied and moved... like, woah, finally. FINALLY :") right now I just hope that Jian Yi's past with his father will be explained soon because he is a nice person even though he is the silliest of them all :") oh and also I hope there's no She Li for the next 100 chapters lol I can still feel my anger every time I remember him :))))

I personally can't judge what are the positive traits in me, but one thing for sure is that I always try to appreciate people who try to get close to me or I try to get close to. I know that I'm quite talkative so I usually look for topics that we can talk about before we start to chatting. How the person responds is up to them, but I hope that the person can be honest with the response so that I can know whether they are comfortable or not. But there are also people who don't respond to me well or don't respond at all... yeah, that's okay. I guess chatting is pretty tiring? I can see you're actually a talkative and expressive person, somehow I can feel it from the way you respond to me :D and sorry if I'm wrong but I guess maybe you just don't like small talk? If you click on something or find something that clicks you with someone then you will be very expressive.

Hmmm... Hotarubi and Natsume Yuujinchou are exceptions. Natsume may not be a dark/tragic story, even if compared to similar stories, you could say that Natsume is the bright version of it. But the first thing I noticed about those two is they were made by the same mangaka. So... I'd say that there's a similar feeling in both of them, even though I have different reasons for liking them.

For the ending of Hotarubi, you might not believe it but I cried for 3 days straight afterward until I caught a cold ╥﹏╥ I didn't expect that at all... I mean, I already felt that Gin would leave Hotaru but I didn't think it would be like that. As you already know, I don't like tragic stories, but I think the tragedy in Hotarubi is different. Like, it's beautiful? It's sad and suffocating but there's a lot of love and hope in it. Oh! I've re-watched Hotarubi more than 5 times :p

Agreed! Blonde characters are usually more stand out than others, they seem like they're destined to be the center of attention even if they don't do anything, hahaha. I honestly feel that white/silver-haired characters are more charming and gentle, while blondes are more... sexy? Or have a classy, elegant and sensual aura (sorry I can't explain it well but I'm writing this while imagining William :3). And yup! You guessed it right~ they are from Tamen de Gushi :D so you read that too.. did you read 19 Days too?

I like your description of my profile, "bright and sunny but breezy and cool" hahahah, I don't know but hearing that makes me happy. People who come here usually just say "your profile looks cool", so hearing something new from you makes me happy.

When it comes to romance and relationships, I'm a person who believes that you have the freedom to be with anyone as long as you appreciate & love them and feel appreciated & loved back, regardless of gender and other things (except incest, I have a hard time accepting that one). Of course, I don't approve of 13-year-olds dating some weird oji-san and using my principles as their 'shield'. Noooo waaay!

Oh and I also noticed that our preferences seem to be like day and night hahahah, while I prefer something sweet and heartwarming, you prefer something dark, which is usually related to a tragedy. But is there anything you like that is sweet, or makes you feel warm and fuzzy? (other than a bun, okay? lol)

I see you have quite a few blondes on your favorites list, I agree that blondes are very charming and attractive. I always thought that the most charming hair color is silver or white... but then when I tried to make a list of my favorite male characters, somehow there are more blonde characters than silver or white. I guess they just have a certain charm that is hard to resist...
