I haven't watched too many anime, and I've read even less manga, so you could say I'm a newbie.
But anime and manga are so great *v* I'm sure I will read and watch many more in the future!
My favourite genre is umm... I can't decide actually, but I can say I like slice of life and comedy and romance too :3 Actually, I like action too, and psychological... I enjoy anything that is done well basically XD
My favourite anime is Mawaru Penguindrum for reasons that you can ask me about :3 these reasons really aren't too mysterious though, I'm just not putting it here because this place is too general for that.

Hello EHC staffus~
As you may have already noticed, the club has been growing inactive again and it would be a real shame to leave it that way after Kapre-kun and the others worked so hard in reviving it! In order to keep the club alive, we need to help each other by constantly adding editions for the month. We would also need club games and your cooperation in being as social with members, as well.

For those wondering why we don't deliver newsletter that often,
we only do it whenever we have something to write about.
It's not really worth sending out newsletter with only a bit of information,
especially if the only thing that's happening are the usual card editions.
But this month, we have something important to talk about:




Yep, starting in July, we will have a Male Characters/Bishie month.
During that month, all cards editions and their cards will feature only males,

Why? Because ever since Autumn, almost all of our card editions
have featured nothing but female characters and barely any male characters.
It's enjoyable for the male members of the club, but unfair to the female members.

So, July will be dedicated to both our female staff and the female members.
Hopefully, you girls will be happy with what we decided c: Guys, you're more than welcome to join :3

Here's the club editions we'll be doing in July:

July 2nd - Butlers
July 9th - Dramatical Murder
July 16th - Shirtless Guys
July 23rd - Kuroko no Basket
July 30th - Yaoi

There are also solos and collabs that will be done at random times.
As usual, remember to keep an eye on the club.

Those that visited the club comments should know what this is about.
Key note: This is not a confirmed event yet. Why?
Because we want to know if anybody is interested at all.

This idea is adapted from Celilia and her club, Celilia's Wonderland.
Some of you old members may remember it, It's a monthly thing she did.
Basically, each month, there's a specific them that is picked by the staff.
Both staff and participating members would make cards based on that theme.

That's pretty much the basic info for now since we haven't decided whether to have it or not.
However, we can't do it unless the members are interested in participating with it.
So how do we find out how many people are interested? In the coming week,
I'll have a thread with more details on it and you guys can let me know if you're interested or not.
You can even suggest themes for us to do, which would make it easier on us to figure the theme.

Any questions or concerns with it, feel free to PM me.

Raffle Event: During the 2nd half of July, we'll have a raffle again.
The prizes will mostly likely be the same, but we'll try to add more.
More information to come during July

Staff Recruitment: Here's our thread.
We changed so that you don't need any prior experiences with card making.
However, you must be willing to improve over time in both card making and graphics.

Speaking of staff, we have new and returning staff members.
So yeah, we plan to be more active now, especially since it's the summer break.

Past Editions Thread: It will not open this month due to various IRL stuff.

Club Activity: Some of you have expressed concerns about the activity
within our club, especially the club comments. The only thing I'm saying about this is:
it takes both the staff and members to keep the club active. Us staff can only do so much.
The rest us up to you members if you want to help keep the club active or not.

Hello my Wonderful Crew! ~ヾ(＾∇＾) Time for a Crew Update Ｏ(≧▽≦)Ｏ

Firstly, I'd like to once give a warm welcome to all of our new Crew Members! Thank you very much for joining our humble cafe! o(^▽^)o Also, thank you also to all of the Postman & Postwoman that helped deliver all 749 NLs to all of our current customer :) Thank you also to Sapphire-san for giving us a new layout for the revival of the Cafe ^^

As you may have noticed, we've been doing some renovating around the cafe to give it a fresh new look. One thing that I've revamped is the Cafe Information Board. It's not yet fully renovated because I still have to insert some information here and there but one thing you may notice is that the 1st post displays the names of each crew member plus the position/s they have. I kinda er, deleted the old list by mistake so I couldn't remember all of the positions the crew has. You could check it and maybe edit in your name if I still haven't (I'm really sorry for that! ^^;) Now, I'll divide this NL based on the positions of crew members so you can just focus on the one you occupy :)

░░░░ Special Project Manager ░░░░
Tempest-san, I'll give you free reign to implement any ideas you have in mind for our cafe. No need to ask for my permission because I know I can trust you :D If you need any help from the rest of the Crew Members, you can ask anyone and I'm sure they'll be glad to help, me included ;)

░░░░ Barista ░░░░
Those who are still new here might have not known a few useful things around the Cafe that can help lighten up your load on doing graphics. We have a Delivery Counter available to be used for your convenience. Instructions are posted there on how to use it :D As you already know I don't force you to meet any form of quotas as long as you stay active from time to time :) Now on to our main agenda :) Sapphire-san suggested we do Revival card edition for our customers and I think it's a great idea. The one thing that we are lacking now is a theme so I'd like everyone to give suggestions and ideas on what theme we should do :) To make it easier for all of us to track all of our ideas and suggestions, you should post them at our Staff Lounge so that everyone can see them :D

░░░░ Postmen & Postwomen ░░░░
Great job to all of you guys! :D As for the scheduling of the NL deliveries, I've decided to make it every 1st week of the month. There will be so-called "Mini Updates" that will be sent from time to time, depending on our current activities within a month but it'll be only a few times I hope ^^ I'm still reorganizing the list of customers that have signed-up for our NLs so don't worry about that.

As always, you have my permission to create any threads you want as long as it is geared for the entertainment of our Customers :) Also, if your ideas involves the participation of other crew members then don't be shy to ask us for help ^_^ You can post your ideas at our Staff Lounge so that everyone can see them :)

ETERNAL HEAVENS CAFE
Crew Update

Ohayo to all of my beloved Crew Members! So I have a confession to tell you all... *sighs* Now that I think of it, maybe I just couldn't handle maintaining a club faithfully from its moment of creation... I guess I wanted to do so many things even though it wasn't very realistic anymore in terms of the time and effort required to do those things so to all of my Crew Members, I sincerely apologize to all of you for being a failure in being the Club Creator (シ_ _)シ

To be honest, my last year in high school was an emotional roller coaster for me. Some things happened so all of that stress piled up so much that my family noticed that it was already taking a toll in me. I guess you can call it depression huh, with all of the responsibilities of a graduating student plus the fact that the school has high expectations to the class where I belonged to. I barely managed to get by everyday without pushing myself too far. Things have been better now that I've graduated. I'm now back to my old self so no need to be worried guys ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ I've sorted out my problems now so I don't have anymore regrets in my last year of high school.

So with all the vacant time that I have now, I'd like to ask all of my beloved Crew Members what will be our plan be this year. The Cafe has been on Hiatus for a long time now so it has been on the back of my mind to disband the Club completely. But before I do anything drastic, I'd like to ask all of you for any advice or opinions you have regarding the Club. If we do decide to continue to run the Cafe once more then I guess it will be a big help if you guys can help me out reviving the club ( ^_^ )

I really enjoyed all the things we did to make this Cafe a reality, especially getting to meet all kinds of people here that I now consider as my treasured friends. I understand that not all has the time anymore to do be online & active here in MAL anymore but if you guys are willing to give a helping hand if we decide to revive the cafe, then you can reply back to this message :)

Again, I'm so sorry for being a failure of a club creator (シ_ _)シ I'll do my best to redeem myself of my failures and mistakes I did in our cafe.

Club Updates


In April, we'll be having our Club Anniversary month with some events.
Almost everything that we do, from card editions to claims to other things
will be Touhou and Youkai related. Though I believe it'll be Touhou heavy c:
We may have some non-Touhou/Youkai stuff going on, but for the most part,
expect most of the stuff we do is related to Touhou and Youkai.

One of the events we'll have is a banner competition.
We postponed it several times to various factors but we can now do it.
Information about it will be released on a thread during the month.
Anyone is welcomed to join and we'll give a generous time duration for the event
so that all of the participants can take their time on it.

Also, make sure you participate in our card editions, because.....
we'll have a mini-raffle based on it. VIP badges will be among the prizes.
It may not be much but it'll grant you some of the benefits my staff gets,
including more cards. We also have new benefits that'll take effect in April.


Touhou Collection



Starting in April, we'll doing a project that'll last all year, maybe more.
We don't want to spoil the surprise so you'll have to drop by the club.
We can tell you that just about every Touhou characters will be involved.
So for those that likes Touhou, or I suppose, has to collect everything,
make sure you drop by the club starting in April.


Staff Recruitment



We've revised our club requirement for those interested in joining the staff.
The requirements are:
1) Stay active as possible (doing editions, talking in the staff chat, etc)
2) No leeching (especially this)

Other than those 2 requirements, there are no other requirements
It doesn't matter where you're good at making cards or want to learn,
everyone is welcomed to join. Of course, we can only accept a limited amount of people.
I like to keep a small staff since it's much easier to keep track of everyone and their works.

As for club edition requirements, we don't have one at all.
Basically, you work at your own pace, at your own freedom-ish.
You can do as little you want, as long as you follow rule #2.

For those interested, visit this thread.
At this time, we can't offer much other than the Card Maker and Claim Maker position.
If you have any other position in mind, I'm open for discussion.
However, there are 2 position that won't be available at all: Inviter and Deliverer
We already have someone doing a great job at inviting and the rest of us
