Unfortunately not really ahaha, though my general knowledge about Japanese cuisine has definitely expanded since watching it.
Oh neat, surprised a school library would have one. Not even my local library has it. Guess it's just not available in New Zealand. I do enjoy obscure/niche stuff! I love being open to try anything cause it's gotten me to try all sorts of weird stuff over the years.
