Hello zal, its been a while. I remembered our previous discussion on Madoka Magica before and now when i did rewatch it, i do have to agree with you on many ponts you made. I am not impressed now at all. Now i realize what a good potentional was wasted. Homura and Madokas relationship is used to drive the story forward but Homuras own obsessions with Madoka is never digged deeper into yet it is the main theme of the show. We do have some flashbacks but even they are weak in this department.

other characters did not do it for me either, Mami is a great example of this, so is Miki, her love story arc is not well digged into either. Its an ok show i guess but after several years and after watching much better stuff like Monster, things change.
