How It Works

• All records are logged in a database and synced to Google Calendar and Google Sheets
• Automated responses confirm successful actions or errors

Setup

1. Connect your Xero account to n8n
2. Set up a database (PostgreSQL via Supabase) for logging invoices and payments
3. Connect Google Calendar for scheduling and tracking
4. Connect Twilio WhatsApp for client notifications
5. Point your system or payment source to the provided webhook URL
