Pacaro Srl has embarked on an internationalization program based on the technical-specialist support received from leading sectoral realities that have enabled the activation of important collaboration with international companies. The project was carried out thanks to the contribution of the Lazio Innova through the Public Notice “Contributions to support the internationalization processes of SMEs *in Lazio 2018”.

Pacaro Srl ha intrapreso un programma di internazionalizzazione basato sul supporto tecnico-specialistico ricevuto da primarie realtà del settore che hanno consentito l’attivazione di importanti collaborazioni con aziende internazionali. With this project intervention, the company has created software that allows interfacing between two systems already in use of the management and storage of goods in the warehouse. Thanks to this investment, it was possible to create a communication between the two systems that guarantees the exchange of crucial information for optimizing the management of warehouse flows.

Con questo intervento progettuale l’azienda ha realizzato un software che permette l’interfacciamento tra due sistemi già in uso di gestione e stoccaggio della merce in magazzino. Grazie a questo investimento è stato possibile creare una comunicazione tra i due sistemi che garantisce lo scambio di informazioni cruciali per ottimizzare la gestione dei flussi di magazzino.

PACARO has implemented a program to prepare for smart working, thus starting a process of change aimed at enhancing the individual worker, increasing his commitment to achieving company objectives and guaranteeing him the right conditions to combine professional and personal life.
The project was carried out with the contribution from the PUBLIC NOTICE Smart Working Business Plans – Adoption of models and tools by companies and VAT holders in Lazio.

La PACARO ha attuato un programma di predisposizione dello smart working, avviando cosi’ un processo di cambiamento finalizzato a valorizzare il singolo lavoratore, aumentando il suo impegno nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e garantendogli le giuste condizioni per coniugare vita professionale e vita personale.
Il progetto e’ stato realizzato con il contributo attenuto a valere sull’AVVISO PUBBLICO Piani Aziendali di Smart Working – Adozione di modelli e strumenti da parte delle imprese e dei titolari di Partita IVA del Lazio.

The investment represents a highly technological project with a strong impact on the national frozen food market. It will help optimize commercial synergies across Italy and deliver an effective, efficient service—particularly for Central and Southern regions. Il progetto genererà inoltre un significativo effetto positivo sull’occupazione locale.
