You are all cordially invited to attend the second weekend game of Ravenholme:
The world is familiar with the tragic tale of Juliet and her Romeo. A pair of star crossed lovers, for whom a fatal miscommunication turns what might have been a happy ending into a heart rending tragedy. Or at least, that’s the version that Shakespeare made famous on stage.
The reality was different. Defying their families, Romeo and Juliet of old succeeded in eloping and from their union came a child who was of both houses and thus of neither. The families came to an uneasy truce, none ever quite forgetting their bitter rivalry.
The Montague-Capulet heir, in his life, came into possession of Ravenholme, having travelled to England in search of his fortune. The coveted manor passed down the Montague-Capulet line peaceably for generations.
Until now. Stasio Montague-Capulet has died with no heir and no will. His executor, Countess Elizabeth Bathory, has sent the grim messages to both families. Montagues and Capulets from all corners of Europe are to gather in the halls of this grim manor to debate between them to whom the coveted property will fall to.
Uneasiness has fallen over both families, memories of previous bloodshed, old grudges reawakened and an enmity so potent that it flows in the very blood of both families will flare to life once more in the halls of this most strange and most haunted manor.
