Our platform and the online help are available in 8 languages, including English, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai. Further support is available through our ticketing system.
Can I move my existing partnerships to Optimise?
Yes, you can generate a unique sharing link within our Partner Explorer to invite them to join Optimise. Also, you have the option to take advantage of our partner migration service.
Do I need to be technical to use the Optimise platform?
You'll need some technical input when you start using Optimise. However, the platform is easy to use and hosts many advertisers who are new to partnership marketing.
Can I use Optimise alongside my existing software?
Yes, we provide a number of plugins and guides to help you integrate with other platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Tag Manager and more. Find out more in our

What type of partners can I work with?
