Installation

Download place the file(s) in a directory called
Citizenin yourskins/folder. -
Add the following code at the bottom of your LocalSettings.php:
wfLoadSkin( 'Citizen' );

✔️Done - Navigate to Special:Version on your wiki to verify that the skin is successfully installed.
