This community was founded as a way for members to share concert, club and festival photos taken in the gothic, death rock, industrial, EBM, powernoise and fetish scenes. We also cover the myriad sub-genres of those scenes.

While we respect that many other scenes — such as emo, nu-metal and even some indie groups — sometimes overlap our little corner of the "dark underground," there are plenty of other communities serving those interest groups and we ask that those genres be represented elsewhere.
Similarly, this community is specifically limited to photos from concerts and club-style events. There are many communities devoted to gothic photography in general, but that's not our purpose here.

Be discreet about what you post. If you think someone may not want their images strewn to the aethyr of the internets, don't post them!
Keep photos sized under 6x9IN and, preferably, at a lower resolution (96dpi preferred).
Enjoy the pictures that we post here. They're a monument to our culture, music and aesthetic and a testament to the good times that we have when the sun sets and we get to be ourselves. ;]
