Hello! I'm selling my Washburn HB-30 cherry red hollowbody electric guitar for $500 (list price: $600). There are four days left for it on ebay, but if you catch this after the auction has ended message me. :)

This guitar has never been used. I used to play guitar for many years, and this is one of the guitars that made its way into my home without ever being played. Now it needs a good home. Hopefully one where it will actually be played and enjoyed.

We FINALLY finished mastering the new shit last night. good to be done. We're breaking it up as such: 6 songs are going to be put on a 7" and 2 will be saved for a split 7". I'll have some shit to post here soon.

hey punks,

i can play guitar okay-ishly. i can do powerchords-sliding-up-and-down-the-fret-board type stuff, but can't do anything very intricate, like competent solos. my question is about palm mutes.

i love that metal-influenced, chunka-chunka, chub chub guitar sound thrown into hc songs, ala NYHC or Amebix. i can do palm mutes okay. but is there any sort of trick to getting a really fast, galloping sort of dugga-dugga sound? any tips?

i know stuff like this is easier to just SHOW someone that to write about, but a lot of punks ongs have very fast repetitive palm mutes and when i try to do it fast my pick inevitably gets caught in the strings and flies out of my hand.
