No hotel stay required, but it is sit-in only. So, grab a seat and relax with a free drink whether on holiday or in your hometown - just remember to show the server your digital membership card when asking for the bill.

Our 10% off food and drink discount applies to the total bill for tables of up to 6 people — and no, you don’t have to be staying at our hotels to use it. It applies to all restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in The Dis-loyalty Collective that you can discover on our website or app. Just remember to reconfirm their inclusion ahead of ordering, and to show your digital membership card when you ask for the bill. While it doesn’t include the mini bar or room service, in our humble opinion a drink always tastes better when you’ve had to walk more than the 3 steps from your bed to the fridge.

No. Our 20% off first-time stays discount applies to the first time you book at each and every one of our 120+ hotels in The Dis-loyalty Collective after signing up. Your stay history doesn’t follow you to your membership, so you can pretend it’s your first time at The Hoxton, Paris or Mondrian LA (or anywhere else) with 20% off your stay. We won’t tell.

There are no restrictions on when you can stay or which rooms you can book — just as long as there is availability at the hotel and you book on our website or app 4-days in advance, the room is all yours. The discounts apply to: all 120+ hotels in the Dis-loyalty Collective; the best flexible rate; and the hotel room rate only, before you choose any extras. Two rooms can be booked per member, with the second at 10%, and the member must always be staying!
