Introduction

The high school boy has become a college student and encounters various problems and bizarre phenomena through meeting new people.

Prologue

Puberty Syndrome...
A bizarre phenomenon rumored to be triggered by an unstable mental state.

After encountering various girls going through Puberty Syndrome,
Sakuta Azusagawa's high school days have come to a close,
and he is now a university student.

He enrolls at a university in Kanazawa-hakkei alongside his girlfriend Mai Sakurajima,
a nationally famed actress. Off campus, he stumbles upon an out-of-season miniskirt Santa.

"I'm surprised. So, you can see me."

This is a phrase he's heard somewhere before. This miniskirt Santa,
who claims to be gifting Puberty Syndrome to people, tells Sakuta...

"My name... is Touko Kirishima."

Precognitive dreams, an anonymous online singer, poltergeists buzzing on social media... A mysterious tale with enigmatic phenomenons surrounding girls with wavering hearts starts again.

  With Sakuta's help, she successfully overcomes her Puberty Syndrome and resumes her acting career. She took a break for a year after enrolling in university, and is now a first-year student alongside her boyfriend Sakuta. Despite her work schedule becoming increasingly busy, she treasures the time she spends with Sakuta.

She trusts Sakuta after he helped her overcome her problems. Always having endless topics to discuss, she now has a good senpai and kouhai relationship with Sakuta. She also works part-time at the same family restaurant as him and has recently become close with Kaede as well.

She has previously made self-harming posts on social media because she was suffering from immense loneliness and has experienced puberty syndrome, where two contradicting sides of her existed at the same time.

Despite her flashy appearance, she is excellent academically and has been balancing idol activities and studies since high school. She currently attends the same university as Sakuta and Mai as a student in the International Liberal Arts department.

  Sakuta’s younger sister. After being the target of cyberbullying at her previous middle school, she developed Puberty Syndrome , and physical wounds began to appear on her body. Due to the immense mental strain, she lost her memories and lived her life as “Little Kaede,” an entirely different personality who was unable to take a single step outside of her home for the next two years. After Kaede's memories returned, she took the high school entrance exams and is currently attending an online school of her own choice. She has also started working part-time at the same family restaurant as Sakuta and has regained a healthy daily life.

She is currently living in Okinawa, as the weather there puts less stress on her body.
