Can't login to quicksight anymore

Hi,

I'm having trouble using quicksight. Sometimes it work, but mostly it logs me out. Now, it says that '' Amazon Web Services Sign In Your AWS account was suspended because you have past due charges, or your account details couldn't be verified.

To check whether you have past due charges, open the Billing and Cost Management console, and go to the Payments page. After you pay all outstanding invoices by credit card, it might take up to 24 hours to reactivate your account.

If you have any further inquiries or require assistance, please reach out to AWS Support. Make sure to mention any troubleshooting steps you have already attempted to help them better understand the issue.
