AWS Managed Blockchain - Consortium networks

My question is about whether it is possible to build a permissioned network with Proof of Authority on Ethereum, making use of the AWS Managed Blockchain service. If possible, I would like to know the limits of gas per block that can be handled.

AMB launched Goerli support yesterday (5/03/2022), which provides POA on a test network. This is your best option to use Proof of Authority on Amazon Managed Blockchain.

Thanks for your answer. I'm interested in building my own network using consensus algorithm like IBFT, QBFT, etc, not in using a testnet. The main goal is to build a consortium.
