Detective Arnold John Flass is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, and is commonly associated with the Batman franchise.

He is a corrupt detective who sells drugs and gives money to drug dealers or the Gotham Mafia. He was the first police-partner of (back then) officer James Gordon when Gotham City was an unsafe place (before Batman).

He was played by Mark Boone Junior in Batman Begins.
