Strategic guidance on e-commerce platform decisions, backed by 12+ years across Magento 1 & 2 (Open Source, Enterprise and B2B). I prepare accurate project estimates and comprehensive RFP documents so you can invest with confidence.

Frontend & Hyvä

Modern Magento storefronts done right - classic Luma, headless, PWA, and Hyvä Theme & Hyvä Checkout. I help you choose and implement the front-end architecture that fits your business and your performance goals.

Custom development & integrations

Custom Magento modules built for your needs, plus careful selection of marketplace extensions vetted for compatibility, performance and security. Deep experience integrating Magento with ERP, PIM, CRM and WMS - every solution designed for scalability and maintainability.

Infrastructure & DevOps

Professional development, staging and production environments with modern CI/CD. I configure deployments, monitoring and infrastructure optimisation, and set up GDPR-compliant database anonymisation for non-production environments.

Upgrades & security patching

Analysis and roadmaps for upgrading Magento to the latest version. On a tight budget? I install all critical security patches to keep your store safe and compliant without a full upgrade.

Project Manager support

I train and support project managers on the specifics of Magento delivery - building effective backlogs and schedules, defining technical requirements, and estimating work realistically.

E-commerce Manager training

Practical, hands-on training on the Magento admin: managing products, categories, promotions and content, and using the platform’s native features to run the store efficiently every day.

Developer workshops

I teach development teams to turn business requirements into clean, Magento-idiomatic solutions - module design, platform-specific patterns, and clean-code practice grounded in KISS, DRY and SOLID.

Technical team leadership

Hands-on help building and leading effective dev, QA and PM teams - establishing code review, testing and communication processes, drawing on experience running Magento projects from concept to long-term maintenance.

FAQ

Other services - FAQ

Yes - I build custom modules and integrate Magento with ERP, PIM, CRM, WMS and other enterprise systems. I do it with scalability, security and easy maintenance in mind, so the integration doesn’t become technical debt. I fit the scope to your processes, not the other way around.
There are three main routes: a pre-built connector, an iPaaS platform, or a custom integration - they differ in cost, flexibility and time to deploy. What’s key isn’t the "pipe" itself but the data-sync model: orders, stock, prices and customers, and which system is the source of truth. I help choose the variant and design that flow, instead of forcing a pre-built connector.
The cost depends on the chosen route and complexity - from a relatively inexpensive pre-built connector to an extensive custom integration. The biggest factors are the quality of the ERP’s API, data volume, and whether the sync needs to be real-time or batch. After a short analysis I give you realistic ranges for your case.
Yes - I integrate Magento with Polish systems (Comarch ERP XL/Optima, Subiekt, Enova) and global ones (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) among others. I implement the connection via REST/GraphQL or a middleware layer, depending on what the given system allows. If the ERP has a sensible API, it can almost always be wired to Magento.
A pre-built connector is fast and cheaper but rigid - it works for standard processes. A custom integration gives full control and fits non-standard flows, at the cost of more effort. I help you honestly assess which one pays off, instead of pushing a single solution.
Yes - I implement Hyvä Theme and Hyvä Checkout, as well as classic Luma, headless setups and PWA. I also help choose the right frontend architecture for your store. Hyvä is today one of the fastest ways to genuinely improve Magento frontend performance.
Hyvä (built on Alpine.js and Tailwind) is usually 2–3× faster and delivers much better Core Web Vitals than classic Luma (jQuery/RequireJS). For new builds and frontend rebuilds I recommend Hyvä in most cases, with a caveat on extension compatibility. Luma makes sense when you’ve invested heavily in an existing theme and aren’t planning a rebuild.
A Luma-to-Hyvä migration is usually a project of a few weeks, and its cost depends mainly on the number of extensions to port and the scope of design work - not on installing Hyvä itself. To make the speed gain real, you also need proper hosting. I give a concrete quote and timeline after a short analysis of the store.
A monolith (with Hyvä) gives simplicity and speed at a lower cost; headless makes sense when the frontend is a real bottleneck or you sell across many channels at once. For most stores, Hyvä delivers a large part of the benefit without the complexity of full headless. I help make this decision based on catalog, channels, team and budget - not on hype.
Yes - isolated patches and backports keep the store secure and PCI-compliant when there’s no budget for a full version upgrade. It’s a bridge solution, not a permanent substitute for updates, but it effectively buys time and closes critical holes. When the budget is tight, applying the critical patches is my first step.
Adobe releases isolated security patches roughly monthly and one major version a year; for PCI compliance it’s worth staying within 1–2 patch versions. The upgrade itself is free under the licence - you pay for engineering time, and its cost depends on the amount of custom code and extensions. Regular, small updates are far cheaper than one big jump after years of neglect.
DevOps turns manual, risky deployments into automated, repeatable and zero-downtime ones - with infrastructure as code and monitoring. The difference between "SSH to production" and a mature pipeline is fewer outages and calmer releases. If you want the full release process set up, I handle that separately under project delivery.
Support means ongoing patches, monitoring, bug fixes, keeping an eye on performance, and availability when something happens. With an independent expert you get flexibility instead of a rigid agency SLA and direct contact with someone who knows your store. We define the scope of care around your real needs.
Both - I train developers, project managers and e-commerce managers, and I also lead or train the technical team alongside hands-on delivery. That way you keep not just the result but the capability. I tailor the training to the role: code and architecture for devs, processes and the admin panel for managers.
