My Steam Controller(1001) can't connect with dongle
Even though Windows and Steam detect the dongle, my controller won't connect to it. It only works via Bluetooth or wired connection... It's so weird.👁 :steamfacepalm:

UPDATE: Solved!
Just in case, I wondered if the cable was the issue, so I tried using the included stock cable. This allowed the firmware update to go through properly. After that, I tested the pairing and it finally recognized the controller, though it kept disconnecting after a brief moment.
Suspecting another issue, I did some digging and realized that my Wi-Fi motherboard was causing signal interference. I ended up plugging the dongle into the dedicated USB wireless extender (the extension dock) and placing it up on my desk. Now it connects perfectly without any issues!
