Straight Talk's Platinum Unlimited ($65) and Gold Unlimited ($55) plans qualify as "Premium Plans."
After 12 consecutive months on the Platinum Unlimited ($65) plan or the Gold Unlimited ($55) plan, you will receive your $100 anniversary device credit.
