We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how StreamPHP / AVideo handles data when users sign in with Google or interact with our services.

Data Accessed

Our application may access basic Google user information (such as name, email address, and profile picture) only after explicit user consent via Google OAuth.

Data Usage

We use the accessed Google data exclusively to:

• Authenticate users in AVideo / StreamPHP systems;
• Personalize the account and user experience;
• Maintain session security and prevent unauthorized access.

Data Sharing

We do not share Google user data with third parties, except when required by law or with the user’s explicit consent.

Data Storage & Protection

All user data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in protected databases with restricted access. We apply industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Users can request account deletion and data removal at any time by contacting support@streamphp.com.

We want to clarify our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion. Please read these terms carefully BEFORE making your purchase with us.

This Software must be used for Good, never Evil. It is expressly forbidden to use AVideo Platform to build porn sites, violence, racism, terrorism, or anything else that affects human integrity or denigrates the image of anyone.

Customer support

We offer a free support on GitHub, you just need to open an issue on GitHub and post any bug or usage question there. We will be happy to help you there and share this knowledge with others

Premium support

If you do not want to use Github you can use our premium support. For direct support (email or zoom meeting with a screen share) you can hire us per hour ($50 USD /hour). We can just schedule a time and we will be with you online.

The Source Code

We have part of the Open Source code, which you can edit without problems, but if you edit, we cannot guarantee that the other components purchased will work. and in this case you are not eligible for a refund

AVideo is divided into 4 parts:
1- Core Code - (Open Source)
2- Free Plugins - (Open Source)
3- Paid Plugins - (Encrypted Code)
4- Mobile Whitelabel - (Compiled version Android / iOS)
The items that are not an open source we can make the code available by the following value:

1- Paid Plugins: $200 USD each
2- Mobile Code: $5000 USD, the Mobile source code will allow you to compile as many versions as you want, for both Android and iOS

ACCEPTABLE GROUNDS FOR ISSUING A REFUND

You are eligible for a refund:-

• Only software purchased via streamphp.com is eligible for a refund, and only if you contact us within 7 days of your purchase. If you bought it elsewhere, your software is subject to the return policies of that vendor
• The product you subscribed to is discontinued within 7 days of the date of your subscription, no matter if you have downloaded the software or asked for support. Excepted cases are not eligible for refund.
• Stolen credit card, PayPal account or other form of payment or financial instrument used to pay for the subscription.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

You are eligible for a refund AND:-

• Your client didn't go for it
• You've changed your mind
• You've decided our product is "Not what I need"
• You've decided to stop using AVideo
• Your server does not meet AVideo Platform Hardware Requirements.
• You don't have the time to implement our products on your site
• You've found a different solution
• You made some customisations and modifications and now our product isn't working
• Your purchase is older than 7 days (no exceptions)
• You experience conflicts with other 3rd party software connected to or installed on your site.
• You used our products for forbidden content (e.g., pornography, hate, violence, racism, terrorism), your account was banned, and now you are requesting a refund.

TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms of Use or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site or our associates. In case such a user tries to resubscribe to our site we reserve the right to terminate his/her account without a refund or prior notice and block his/her IP address.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The Buyer understands that access to the support forum, downloads, and documentation terminates when the refund is processed.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed by the same payment processor you used to subscribe. Refunds are issued up to 7 business days after they are requested. The actual date of receiving the refund depends on the payment processor and the method of payment. Usually refunds via PayPal are credited within a few hours and refunds through a credit card company may take up to two months. This period of time is outside our control.

Reverse Engineering or Decryption are Prohibited

In no event shall Client reverse compile, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt or permit others to attempt to obtain or disclose source code utilized in Services or Deliverables of applications or custom engineering on either plugins or proprietary technologies or software and/or third-party technologies introduced to Client by Company.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

This policy can be updated at any time, without prior notice and is applicable immediately and retroactively for all subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our Terms of Use and its acceptance is mandatory for all users.
