Change Files settings in the Apple TV app on Mac

In the Apple TV app 👁 Image
on your Mac, use Files settings to set and organize your Media folder.

To change these settings, choose TV > Settings, then click Files.

Media folder location

Change the location of your Media folder, where the movies and TV shows you import are stored.

  • Change: Click to choose a folder other than the original location.

  • Reset: Click to reset to the original location.

Copy an item to the Media folder when you drag the item to the Apple TV app window or choose File > Import.
