Report on ad unit hierarchy
You can create Interactive reports that show ad unit nesting, or hierarchy. Use the Ad unit x dimensions, along with the flat or hierarchical table format, for a clear representation of ad unit hierarchy.
In the Ad unit x dimensions, x indicates the level of nesting for an ad unit. For example, "Ad unit 1" indicates a top-level ad unit.
The number of Ad unit x dimensions available depends on how your network has established its ad unit hierarchy. Interactive reports automatically displays the Ad unit x dimensions you can select based on your setup. For example, you might have up to "Ad unit 3" or "Ad unit 5."
To report on ad unit hierarchy:
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Create an Interactive report.
For details, visit Create an interactive report. - Click Select dimensions and metrics, and enter "Ad unit" in the search field.

Note: The same naming convention is used to report on ad unit level and ad unit code level hierarchies. For example, "Ad unit level x" and "Ad unit code level x." - Add any additional dimensions (👁 Dimension marker
