Export forecast details

When you check the available inventory for a new line item (using the Check inventory button) or an existing line item (using the Forecast tab), you can export the forecasting details to an Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet includes the settings you specified (including ad sizes, start/end time, delivery adjustments, and targeting settings) as well as the actual forecast results. This feature provides a way to:

• Share the forecast internally or with clients.

• Keep a record of the forecast.

Follow these steps:

1. Check the available inventory for a line item.
   The forecast appears

2. Below the forecast display, click Export to export an XLSX file.
   Ad Manager downloads the spreadsheet to your computer.
